Groundcare Landscape Services Ltd is a commercial grounds maintenance
company, specialising in the care and improvement of gardens within residential
developments in London.
We were established in 1985 by James O’Connell who has over 35 years’ experience in landscape construction and maintenance. We are a small team of professional gardeners. We can respond quickly and effectively to the changing dynamics of our customers’ gardens and apply a high level of attention to detail and the most rigorous quality control systems.
As a business we are committed to reducing the use of products and practices that are harmful to the environment. Our aim is to promote and encourage the many ways in which we in the landscape industry can contribute to increased biodiversity and urban greening. We do this by working closely with our clients who increasingly wish to know more about biodiversity, sustainability and the reduction in the use of both herbicides and pesticides.
We are now actively implementing biodiversity initiatives such as the creation of wildflower meadows at a number of our sites. We have a vision of cities which are people centred, where green spaces and green
infrastructure are the cornerstone of urban life.
